What we collect

When you request an audit, a preview or send a message, we keep what you type (your name, email, web address, and your business name, phone number, message or notes if you gave them) and your audit results, so we can reply and follow up. It’s stored in a private database only SiteSwap can log in to, and a copy is emailed to us.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you: about your audit, and if you ask for a preview, with the link to it. That’s it. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t put you on a mailing list.

What we don’t do

No advertising trackers and no tracking cookies on this site. The only thing we store in your browser is your light or dark preference, and only if you choose one.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which tells us how many people view each page without cookies and without identifying you.

Your site

The audit loads your public website the way any visitor would, including the public files search engines and AI crawlers read (robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt), and runs Google’s free PageSpeed Insights test on it. We don’t log in to anything and we don’t change anything.

Removing your details

Email gavin@siteswap.app and we’ll delete everything we hold about you, including your audits, within a few days.
