- Is the audit really free and automatic?
- Yes. You give us your address, name and email. Our robot loads your site on a phone, counts your pages, checks what Google and AI assistants can read, runs Google’s speed test and shows you the results on screen. Nobody calls you.
- What are SEO, AEO and GEO?
- SEO is search engine optimization: being found and ranked by Google. AEO is answer engine optimization: being quoted directly in Google’s answer boxes, Maps and voice assistants like Siri. GEO is generative engine optimization: being read, trusted and cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Every SiteSwap site is built for all three, and the free audit shows where you stand on each today.
- What does “AI ready” mean for a plumber’s website?
- When someone asks an AI assistant for a plumber in your town, the answer comes from sites it can read and trust. AI ready means your site lets AI crawlers in, states plainly who you are, what you do, where and since when, has structured data for your business details and reviews, answers common questions in full sentences, and includes an llms.txt summary. We check all of it, and we build all of it.
- Do you need access to my site or passwords?
- No. We only load your site the way a visitor would. We never touch your current site, your email or your domain until you’ve said yes to a swap.
- What happens after the audit?
- You read it. If you want, you press one button to request a free preview. We build your real new site and send you a private link, usually within two to three days. No obligation.
- What if my site scores well?
- We tell you so, and that’s the end of it. The audit is honest; the speed and accessibility numbers come from the same test Google uses.
- Do we keep our web address and email?
- Yes. Your address stays yours, we only point it at the new site. Your email, phone number and Google listing don’t change.
- How fast can it go live?
- Days, not months. The site is built and tested before you pay. After checkout you fill in a short form (hours, service area, photos), we make the changes, and we switch it on with no downtime.
- What does the monthly plan cover?
- Hosting, security and your SSL padlock, delivering request emails to your inbox, small changes like hours or photos, and a monthly check that everything works, including how Google and AI assistants see you. Or host it yourself and pay us nothing monthly.
- What if we stop later?
- We help move the site to accounts you own, so it keeps running. No long contract.
